The Media Production team, part of the Partner Operations department, focuses on supporting all media partner production matters. This includes media partner coordination and information services, media partner bookings, host broadcaster support, technical and digital delivery services, content services and virtual board replacement support. By directly communicating with media partners and working in close collaboration with UEFA, we ensure the highest level of service for all media partners.
The role
As Media Production Executive, you will play an invaluable role in providing a world-class level of customer service and assistance to 200+ UEFA Men’s Club Competitions media partners worldwide. You will report to the Senior Manager Media Production.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
 
  • Provide administrative support for the Media Production team, with a particular focus on the UEFA Men’s Club Competitions communications and organisational aspects of the different competitions, such as match operations, event management and cycle preparations
  • Coordinate daily with UEFA colleagues and key technical/production supplier partners to ensure the highest levels of rights delivery support
  • Assist your assigned media partners with their bookings and planned broadcast operations
  • Provide on-site support at the UEFA Men’s Club Competitions Finals as part of the TV Domain, looking after media partners’ operations
  • Assist with coordination of match week operations across all UEFA Men’s Club Competitions and act as the primary communication link between UEFA and broadcast partners during match nights
  • Communicate daily with media partners regarding administrative, operational and logistical aspects
The candidate
Ideally, you have experience in sports television production, sports broadcast operations and/or experience in partnerships management. Being familiar with and having experience in broadcasting technical delivery is an advantage. It is important that you can efficiently manage projects and your time and are capable of balancing multiple tasks and prioritising them accordingly. Likewise, you understand the importance of putting clients first and delivering work at the highest standards.

The position will be either based at TEAM’s Lucerne or London office and will involve some international travel.
