Our blend of dynamic personalities, stories and skills is one of our biggest sources of energy and pride. It defines our culture and makes our success attainable. Every day and on every project, every team member is focused on building trust and providing exceptional value.

Working closely with UEFA's own experienced legal team, it is our job to ensure that every agreement reflects the letter and the spirit of the commercial proposition and, at the same time, builds trust with UEFA’s commercial partners. As well as taking the lead in the preparation of all transaction-related documentation, the Legal team plays a crucial supporting role in developing the commercial concept, managing transactions throughout the sales cycle and delivering contracted rights.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supporting the management of TEAM’s legal knowledge portfolio, ensuring the team has high-quality, up-to-date materials
  • Supporting TEAM’s media rights sales team with the execution of fast-moving sales processes
  • Negotiating and drafting media rights agreements and other legal documentation
  • Providing broad legal advice and solutions-based recommendations to TEAM’s sales and account management departments
  • Monitoring legal developments in key markets, assisting with research and the procurement of external counsel opinion and implementing appropriate solutions
