Ticketing & Hospitality Executive (fixed-term through June 2027)

The Partner Rights Management team oversees all onsite contractual partner rights, guest programmes and activations such as hospitality, LED artwork, sole & exclusive and onsite partner branding. Together with UEFA and the partners, we develop operational procedures and collaborate with UEFA competence centres to collect onsite information that enables season and finals planning.
The role
As Ticketing & Hospitality Executive on a fixed-term contract through June 2027, you will work closely with UEFA to support and deliver the contractual ticket allocations and hospitality programmes to UEFA Men’s Club Competitions’ commercial partners. The role will have dual responsibility for ticketing and hospitality tasks, as well as general support for the Partner Rights Management team in different project phases. You will report to the Hospitality Manager. 

Your responsibilities will include the following:
  
  • Supporting with the implementation of the hospitality programmes during the UEFA Europa League season and final:
    • Working alongside UEFA’s commercial partners and their production agencies to ensure contractual rights and hospitality programmes are delivered to the highest standards.
    • Coordinating the implementation of UEFA’s commercial partners’ hospitality procedures and concepts.
    • Onsite support for the UEFA Hospitality team and UEFA’s commercial partners during the UEFA Europa League Final.
  • Supporting UEFA and UEFA’s commercial partners across all ticketing matters:
    • Delivering ticket allocations to UEFA’s commercial partners.
    • Providing match night operations support, reports and feedback.
    • Coordinating and processing ticket invoicing and venue specific ticket holder requirements.
    • Creating briefing documents, tutorials and presentations related to ticketing tools and processes.
  • Coordinating daily with the UEFA Ticketing and Hospitality team to ensure that all ticketing and hospitality information is accurate, updated and well-presented externally.
  • Working closely within the Partner Rights Management team and other departments such as the Marketing Partnerships and Media Partnerships team to enhance the hospitality and ticketing programmes.

You are familiar with the complexities of planning and attending events and your abilities to effectively manage deadlines and stay organised are well honed. Seeing the big picture is your strength, allowing you to have a global view on commercial partners’ objectives. It is important that you can efficiently manage projects and your time and are capable of balancing multiple tasks and prioritising them accordingly. Likewise, you understand the importance of putting clients first and delivering work at the highest standards.

The position will be based at TEAM’s HQ in Lucerne, Switzerland and will involve some international travel.
